Lake Plaza Condominiums is a 11-story condo of 69 units at the University of Tennessee with an adjacent four level parking structure. The condominium structure incorporates a composite steel floor and a braced frame to resist lateral loads. Pennoni worked closely with the construction manager to select the structural system that would best fit the local construction talent and meet the project budget.
